What is the AI Readiness Check?

An automated diagnostic of about four minutes and up to 13 questions. You get a 0–100 readiness score, your top three gaps, priority opportunities and a recommended next step.

What happens after the AI Readiness Check?

Your score and report appear on screen straight away and are emailed to you. If the opportunities justify it, the next step is the AI Workflow Blueprint, a two-week consultant-led engagement. Whether you go further is your decision.

What is included in the AI Workflow Blueprint?

A workflow audit on day 1, ROI and bottleneck analysis by day 7 and an implementation blueprint on day 14. It sets out which workflows to automate, redesign, standardise or leave alone, and the order to do it in.

Do you only recommend AI tools?

No. Not every operational problem needs AI, and we use AI only where it adds measurable value. Often the right first step is fixing a workflow, settling who owns the data or connecting systems you already have. Recommendations follow operational impact, not software partnerships.

Can you work with our existing ERP or internal systems?

Yes. Our implementations run inside systems clients already use: an ERP at Window Maker, a document management system at Lewens Labs and existing WhatsApp reporting at Powertech Engineers.

What type of businesses is AI Launchpad designed for?

Operations-led businesses where delays, reporting gaps, manual processes and operational mistakes have a measurable financial cost. Most of our work so far has been in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and engineering.

How do you handle sensitive operational data?

Access is limited to the team members who need it. We do not sell your data or pass assessment responses to third-party AI training pipelines. Where required, systems run on-premises with read-only access to production data. Details are in our privacy policy.

Do you also implement the solutions you recommend?

Yes. Implementation is the third stage: we design, integrate and deploy the highest-priority systems, as in the success stories on this site. AI Launchpad is built by Eliteware Solutions, which has built operational software for more than 8 years.

FAQ

About the AI Readiness Check

How does the AI Readiness Check work?

You answer up to 13 multiple-choice questions about how your operation runs, branched by your industry. Each answer is rated on a five-level scale, and the ratings are averaged into a 0–100 readiness score.

What does the AI Readiness Check look at?

Ten operational areas, among them how AI is used today, customer communication, documents, approvals, system integration, data and two workflows specific to your sector. They follow our five operational dimensions. Your score is the average across the ten areas.

Do I need a technical team to take part?

No. The check is written for business owners and operations leaders. It asks how your business runs, not about code or infrastructure.

What is the AI Workflow Blueprint?

The Blueprint is a separate two-week, consultant-led paid engagement that follows the AI Readiness Check. We map your workflows, identify where AI adds measurable value and deliver a sequenced implementation blueprint.

How much does the AI Readiness Check cost?

Nothing. The AI Readiness Check is complimentary. Only the consultant-led AI Workflow Blueprint that can follow is paid.
