Privacy Policy
We treat your business data the same way we'd want ours treated. Minimal collection, clear purpose, no surprises. This page explains what we gather, why, and what we do with it.
Scope
This policy covers the AI LaunchPad website, the free AI Readiness Audit, and any paid engagement that follows. It applies to the personal and business information you share when you browse the site, complete the audit, or sign a statement of work.
If you're visiting on behalf of a company, "you" refers to both you and your organisation.
This policy is governed by applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder.
What we collect
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Contact details (name, email, company) | Deliver your audit, respond to inquiries |
| Audit responses | Generate your Readiness Score & report |
| Usage data (pages viewed, referrer, device) | Improve the site; debug |
| Communications (email, calls) | Support & engagement records |
We process personal data on the basis of your consent or as otherwise permitted under applicable law.
We do not collect Sensitive Personal Data or Information (as defined under the SPDI Rules, 2011) unless explicitly required and agreed under a paid engagement.
How we use it

- Detect abuse and secure the service
- Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations under Indian law
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for the period required by applicable law (whichever is longer). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.
You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time. See Section 05.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access information about the personal data we process about you
- Correct, complete, update, or erase your personal data
- Raise a grievance about how we handle your data
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis of processing
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
Security
We follow reasonable security practices consistent with Section 43A of the IT Act, 2000 and Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, 2011. We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and access is limited to team members who need it. No system is bulletproof, but we treat your data the way we'd treat a signed NDA. Seriously.
Cross-border transfers
We are based in India. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected and that such transfers comply with applicable law.
Children
AI LaunchPad is built for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process personal data of any individual under 18 years of age. We do not track, profile, or target advertising at children. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll provide reasonable notice and update the "Last updated" date above.
