Terms of Service

By using AI Launchpad you agree to these Terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company, and "you" means both you and the company.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed Statement of Work (SOW), form the entire agreement between us. They constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and do not require a physical or digital signature to be binding.

We offer two things:

• Free AI Readiness Check. A self-serve assessment that produces a score, a breakdown of strengths and gaps, and next-step recommendations.
• AI Launchpad engagements. Fixed-scope advisory work delivered under a signed SOW.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for anything done under your account. Don't share access credentials outside your organisation. Tell us at security@ailaunchpad.tech right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Don't use AI Launchpad to:

• Violate any law (including Indian law), regulation, or third-party right
• Submit false or misleading information in an AI Readiness Check
• Attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
• Resell our reports, templates, or frameworks as your own
• Benchmark the service against competitors without our written consent
• Send malware, abusive content, or anything you don't have the right to share

You keep ownership of everything you share with us, including Readiness Check answers, business context, sample data, and documents. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that content to deliver the service and to improve our methodology in aggregated, de-identified form.

You confirm you have the right to share whatever you share, and that doing so won't breach any obligation you owe to a third party.

The Readiness Report, roadmap, and any custom deliverables we produce for you are yours to use inside your organisation, subject to the terms of any applicable SOW.

We retain all right, title, and interest in the underlying methodology, scoring frameworks, templates, software, and any improvements made to them. Nothing in these Terms transfers those to you.

Information either side shares that's marked confidential, or that would reasonably be understood as confidential, stays confidential. We use it only to deliver the services and protect it with the same care we use for our own sensitive information (and never with less than reasonable care).

This obligation survives for three years after the engagement ends. Trade secrets stay protected for as long as they remain trade secrets.

We'll perform our services in a professional manner. We'll use reasonable efforts to keep the website available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Beyond that, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or non-infringement. Readiness scores and recommendations are informational; they are not a guarantee of outcomes or a substitute for legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Any reliance you place on them is at your own risk.

You can stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including (but not limited to) where you breach these Terms, where required by law, or where we choose to discontinue any part of the service.

Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, and disclaimers, do.

• Assignment. You can't assign these Terms without our written consent. We can assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of substantially all our assets.
• No waiver. If we don't enforce a right, that's not a waiver of it.
• Severability. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Force majeure. Neither side is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, war, widespread outage, government action, pandemic).
• Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
• Notices. Legal notices to us go to security@ailaunchpad.tech with a hard copy to the address below.
